1. Who is responsible
TG Comments is operated by Integrall LLC, Wyoming, United States. Contact [email protected] for product questions and [email protected] for privacy requests.
This draft covers the TG Comments website and the local-first desktop beta for macOS and Windows, version 0.5.0. It describes the intended processing boundaries; technical verification remains necessary before these statements can be treated as confirmed production practices.
2. Data on your computer
Telegram authentication creates a session used by the desktop app. Sessions, settings, templates, and the app journal are intended to remain on your computer. Local templates can be used without AI.
Protected credentials use macOS Keychain or Windows DPAPI where supported. This does not mean that all app data is encrypted. The precise credential types, storage locations, fallback behavior, and deletion behavior require technical review by the operator.
You control access to your computer and its backups. Removing app files may leave copies in system backups or other locations you control.
3. Telegram connection and publication
The app connects to Telegram using your authorization to read selected public channel activity and to perform supported actions within your account permissions. The beta supports monitoring up to 20 sources. Monitoring may pause or be interrupted when your computer sleeps, disconnects, or the app stops.
Drafts and comments may contain Telegram content and information you provide. Publication sends a comment to Telegram, where it may be visible to other people. Manual review, automatic drafts, and authorized automatic publication have different consequences: review the selected mode before enabling it.
Automatic publication in this beta is limited to an owned Telegram target whose ownership and authorization have been verified. Telegram handles its own service data under its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Optional OpenAI processing
AI generation is optional and uses an OpenAI API key you supply. OpenAI usage is charged separately by OpenAI. Without AI, you can use local templates.
The intended boundary permits AI processing only for allowed content from the selected publication target that you own and are authorized to use. Third-party Telegram content must be blocked from AI processing, including content encountered while monitoring other channels. Telegram sessions and authentication credentials must never be included in requests to OpenAI.
When you choose AI generation, permitted content and your instructions are sent to OpenAI for processing. These restrictions, including the actual request payload and credential isolation, require technical verification. Provider handling and retention follow the applicable OpenAI service terms and settings; deleting local app data does not delete provider records.
5. Website and support information
No website analytics are configured. Static hosting infrastructure may process technical request data, such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to deliver and protect the website. The hosting provider, logging configuration, retention, and any international transfers require operator review.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot your request, and maintain necessary correspondence. Do not send Telegram session files, authentication codes, or API keys in a support message.
This draft does not promise a specific retention period. The operator must document actual support and hosting retention practices and the legal grounds that apply before publication.
6. Your controls and requests
You can stop the app, disable monitoring or publication, use templates without AI, revoke a Telegram session through Telegram, and revoke your OpenAI API key through OpenAI. The data deletion guide describes the separate steps for local data and service access.
For information held by Integrall LLC, contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights depend on your location and the relevant law. We may need proportionate information to identify the records and confirm that you are entitled to make the request.
A request to us does not directly delete data controlled by Telegram, OpenAI, your email provider, or your backup provider. Some operator records may need to be kept where the law requires it; any applicable reason must be explained when responding to a request.
7. Items that require review
The operator must confirm the local data inventory and paths, credential-protection coverage, network destinations, AI payload filtering, support providers, hosting logs, retention, and any cross-border processing. This draft makes no claim that all data is encrypted or that third-party records are automatically erased.
StoreKit subscriptions, quotas, and a payment gateway are future plans and are not launched or production-ready. Their data flows and privacy disclosures must be reviewed before activation. The website currently has no checkout.
