1. AI is optional
TG Comments v0.5.0 is a local-first desktop beta operated by Integrall LLC, Wyoming, United States. Local templates can be used without AI. Optional AI generation uses an OpenAI API key that you provide and incurs separate OpenAI charges.
This notice explains the intended processing boundary. It does not certify that every safeguard has passed technical review. For product questions contact [email protected]; for data questions contact [email protected].
2. Only an owned and authorized target
AI processing is permitted only for allowed content from the selected publication target that you own and are authorized to use. Ownership and authorization must be verified before enabling the associated beta workflow.
Third-party Telegram content must be blocked from AI processing. Monitoring a public channel, joining it, or being able to read a post does not make its content eligible for transmission to OpenAI. The ability to monitor up to 20 sources does not expand the AI permission boundary.
Do not place copied third-party posts or confidential personal information into prompts to circumvent this restriction. Your own content must also be lawful to process and appropriate for the purpose.
3. What an AI request may contain
When you choose AI generation, a request may contain the permitted text from your selected owned target and the instructions or template context needed to create a draft. OpenAI processes the request and returns generated text.
Telegram session files, authentication codes, session credentials, and other Telegram authentication material must never be sent to OpenAI. The OpenAI key is used to authorize the provider request and must not be inserted into prompt content.
The operator must verify the actual outgoing fields, content selection, logs, error reports, and protection against unintended inclusion of other channel content. The exact payload inventory remains an item for technical review.
4. Local storage and provider processing
Sessions, settings, templates, and the app journal are intended to be local. Protected credentials use macOS Keychain or Windows DPAPI where supported, subject to verification of exact coverage. No statement here means that every local file or every category of data is encrypted.
An AI request leaves your computer for OpenAI processing. Provider retention, use of data, processing locations, and available controls depend on the applicable OpenAI service terms and account settings. This draft promises neither zero retention nor a particular training-data treatment.
Removing local files does not delete data already processed or retained by OpenAI. Consult your provider account controls and contact the provider for requests concerning its records.
5. Generated text and publication
Generation and publication are separate actions. The beta supports manual review, automatic drafts, and authorized automatic publication. Automatic publication is restricted to a verified owned Telegram target and must respect account permissions and platform limits.
Generated text may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other content. Review it before publication whenever possible. An automatic workflow can publish without reviewing each draft, so choose the mode deliberately and check the resulting Telegram activity.
Content posted to Telegram is handled by Telegram and may be visible to others. Removing a local draft or revoking an API key does not remove an already published comment.
6. Controls and outstanding review
You can choose local templates, stop AI use, stop monitoring or publication, and revoke your OpenAI key through OpenAI. Revoke Telegram access separately through Telegram Settings → Devices. Do not include keys or session files in a support request.
Before publication of this notice, the operator must verify ownership checks, blocking of third-party content, outgoing request fields, credential isolation, local credential protection, provider settings, and any diagnostic transmission. Future quotas, StoreKit subscriptions, and a gateway are not launched or production-ready and need a separate review before activation.
